My web store is limited to items on hand. Custom orders typically take 2-3 business days to make. If your item is on hand (ready to ship) it will be sent out same day or following business day. Shipping takes 1-3 business days from collection, you will receive an email notification and tracking info once collected. I currently ship only to US addresses. International shipping coming soon.

Your pendant is secured using jeweler’s strength glue and resin. The ambrotype image is stabilised during development, and good for many years to come. As with any jewelry, but particularly these pieces which are made from glass, you should avoid dropping your pendant as it may shatter. You should also avoid submersing in water, so remove before swimming, bathing or showering. Your pendant comes with a velvet pouch, for storage when not wearing. Care instructions will be provided with your pendant.

Yes, absolutely! I have clients that have provided images for the ultimate bespoke pendant. Portraits of loved ones, their children, their pets, a location they have visited. Permission from the copyright owner of the image is required to recreate professional photographs. Your own images are fine, images of children require permission of main caregiver.
